This being the first part of a very long and interesting account of a family.... a VERY BIG family. It began in 1973 when Gwen Nelson (Our Mum,) ran over Jeffrey Kempson's (Our Dad,) foot in her little VW bug. He leaned in the window and asked her, "Do you know how to drive this thing?"....
